Hearing Augmentation

Hearing Loops are now compulsory for all buildings where sound amplification is provided or public announcements are broadcast. Boardrooms, classrooms, lecture theatres, court rooms, assembly halls, cinemas, theatres and auditoriums.

The primary purpose of a hearing loop installation is to assist people with hearing loss listen to what is being announced or broadcast without being disadvantaged as documented by the Deafness Forum of Australia.

The installation of hearing loop facilities can be involved and will require the services of a qualified hearing loop professional.
